Do I need to be technical?
No. Done-for-you needs no tech skills at all. With done-with-you, we teach from zero.
What's the difference between done-for-you and done-with-you?
Done-for-you: we build it, launch it, and hand you the keys. Done-with-you: we build it together on live working sessions, and you learn to run it yourself.
How long does a website take?
Most take [2–4 weeks] from kickoff to launch.
Do I own my website and accounts?
Your domain and content are always yours. If we host the site or run tools on our accounts, we'll tell you upfront and hand everything over if you leave.
Can you work with my existing website or tools?
Often, yes. If starting fresh would be cheaper, we'll say so.
Do you work with businesses outside the Charlotte area?
Yes. Everything can be done remotely.
Will AI talk to my customers without me knowing?
Only if you want it to, and always with a clear handoff to a person.
